Wisconsin brought two inductes to the 2011 PDGA Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Santa Cruz.  Hudson resident, Joe Feidt, Senior Editor of Disc Golfer Magazine,​ has been a spoksperson for Disc Sports for over 3 decades. "Duster" Don Hoffman, Course designer from Blue Mounds, overall player and retired Mad City Open Director has also influenced the growth of Disc Sports in Wisconsin more than anyone realizes.  They were inducted along with the departed Brent Hambrick.

Joe and Duster met in the 1970s when Duster was a beat writer for Disc Golfer Magazine.  Joe was Duster's boss and told him where to go several times.  Ahhhh, I mean to specific disc golf tournaments that is.
